How the estimate works
- Type your address. The tool finds your roof on satellite imagery and traces its outline. If it picks the wrong building, drag the corners to fix it.
- Pick your roof’s pitch. A steeper roof has more surface than its footprint, so the range moves with the slope.
- See your range. You get a low and high figure for the Bright Green Roof treatment with the cleaning included. Leave your name and number and Chris calls to set up the free assessment.
What the number can and can’t tell you
The range comes from the measured roof area and the pitch you picked. A satellite can’t see whether the shingles are still flexible, how many granules are left, or whether a slope has hail bruising. That is what the free assessment is for, and it is why the price Chris gives you can land inside, above or below the range on the screen. The pricing page explains what moves the price.
If your roof is not a candidate, the tool will still give you a number, but Chris will not. That is the Straight Answer Promise.
Common questions
Is the online estimate a quote?
No. It is a ballpark worked out from satellite measurements and the pitch you pick. Chris confirms the real price after he has looked at your roof and you have seen the photos yourself.
Why does Chris still need to see my roof?
A satellite shows the outline of your roof, not its condition. Up close he can check granule cover, flexibility, pipe boots and flashing, and that is what decides whether the roof is a candidate at all.
Does the tool price gutters or pressure washing?
No, only the roof treatment. Gutter cleaning and pressure washing are priced on the visit, and Chris can do them the same day if you want.
