Here’s who we are, how we got here and how we work.
Two careers before this one
I’m a Marine Corps veteran. After the Marines, I worked as a police officer. Both jobs taught me to show up when I say I will, and to tell people what I see, even when it isn’t what they hoped to hear.
After years in the Marines and in law enforcement, I saw a chance to do two things at once. I could work with my son, and I could save homeowners money. C&D Roof Restoration is how I’m doing both. We opened in 2026, right here in Spring.
Why I started C&D
I watched homeowners get pushed into roof replacements they didn’t need. My own parents were among them.
A roof shouldn’t have to be replaced just because it’s getting older. Our why is to help homeowners protect what they’ve worked so hard to build. When a roof can be restored instead of torn off, the family saves money and avoids waste, and the house stays protected.
That’s what our slogan means: Don’t Replace. Restore.
Why my son works with me
My son is 19. Working with him is a big part of why I started this business. When we pull up to your house, it’s my son and me. When you call, you get me.

Here’s the deal I make with every homeowner. If your roof is not a candidate, I’ll tell you so, free, with the photos. If it’s fine, I’ll tell you it’s fine.
And if what you really need is a repair or a new roof, I’ll say that too and point you to a roofer. We don’t do repairs or replacements, so I’ve got nothing to gain by selling you one.
Why I send you the photos
Roofing has a reputation problem. I know it, and you probably do too. So I don’t ask you to take my word for anything.
On a free roof inspection, I photograph every slope of your roof. You see the granules, the flex in the shingles, the pipe boots and the flashing. Same things I see. Then you decide. Nobody comes inside, and there’s no sales pitch.
One more thing. Ask me for current insurance paperwork before any work starts. You should ask that of anyone who climbs onto your roof.
Where we work and what we do
We’re based in Spring, 77386. We start closest to home: The Woodlands and its villages, Spring, Oak Ridge North and Shenandoah. Then we go out to Conroe, Magnolia, Montgomery, Tomball, Porter, New Caney and Kingwood. Each town is on our service areas page.
Besides roof rejuvenation, we do soft-wash roof cleaning and gutter cleaning. We also pressure wash houses, driveways and other concrete. We don’t do repairs, replacements, gutter installs or attic work.
